TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Prices are fixed
  2. In the case of customized order, a deposit of 50% of the value of the original invoice will be paid to confirm orders inside Kingdom of Bahrain
  3. To confirm the order outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, the total amount will be paid
  4. When the order is canceled, the deposit will not be returned after starting it
  5. The balance due will be paid in full upon delivery within Bahrain
  6. Please verify all the measurements provided, if the modification needed, the customer must charge the value of the delivery when receiving the piece for modification and when it is delivered after modification.
  7. The modification service is not available during holidays and events

  3. لتأكيد الطلب خارج مملكة البحرين، يتم دفع المبلغ الكلي
  4. عند إلغاء الطلب لن يتم ارجاع العربون بعد البدأ فيه
  5. يتم دفع المبلغ المتبقي بالكامل عند التوصيل للطلبات داخل مملكة البحرين
  6. يرجى التأكد من جميع القياسات المزودة، وفي حال الحاجة للتعديل على الزبونة التكلف بقيمة التوصيل عند استلام القطعة للتعديل وعند توصيلها بعد التعديل
  7. خدمة التعديل غير متوفرة خلال فترة الأعياد والمناسبات

  1. The expected time for the order to be delivered within a week to 10 day
  2. Urgent requests are taken into consideration, so you can contact us about the date required to receive the order before confirming the order
  3. We only provide delivery service, there is no personal pick-up
  4. Delivery fees of BD 2
  5. In the case of receiving order to modification / return / exchange, the delivery fees is BD 0.900
  6. In case the order is delivered after modification / exchange, the delivery fees is BD 0.900

When your order has been received and shipped, you will receive a message with the tracking number of your package. The order will be shipped via DHL

Return & Exchange

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1.  It is possible to return or exchange the readymade piece that have not been modified
  2. In the case that any modification is requested to the readymade piece, the piece will not be return or exchange.
  3. If you want to return or exchange, please inform us within two days, provided that the piece is unused and in good condition and has the trademark sticker with the bag and the invoice.
  4. In the case of customized order, return or exchange is not possible
  5. There is no returns or exchange on discounted pieces
  6.  There is no return or exchange for orders outside the Kingdom of Bahrain

  2. في حال طلب اجراء اي تعديل على القطعة الجاهزة ، لن يتم استرجاع أو استبدال القطعة
  3. في حال الرغبة في الاستبدال او الاسترجاع الرجاء ابلاغنا خلال يومين، على ان تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبحالة جيدة وعليها ملصق العلامة التجارية مع الكيس و الفاتورة
  4. في حال الطلبات الخاصة لا يمكن الاستبدال او الاسترجاع
  5. لا يوجد استبدال او استرجاع على القطع المخفضة
  6. لا يوجد استبدال او استرجاع للطلبات خارج مملكة البحرين
